Al Franken, Lake Bell, Ray Davies

Al Franken (The Truth (with jokes)) comes out and they talk about the USO shows that he has done. He’s done 2 and is going to do another next week. He tells a story about how he met Sylvester Stallone and SS told him that he was supposed to go but he didn’t because he thought it was dangerous. Al Franken said “Weren’t you Rambo?”. They talk about his book and he says “It makes a great gift”. He talks about Sean Hannity and says he doesn’t like his show and he doesn’t like him.

Lake Bell (Surface) comes out and they talk about how tall she is. Then they talk about her name and how unusual it is. She says when she was young she hated it but now she’s happy that it’s different. She tells about working with William Shatner on Boston Legal and that she asked him for advice about her new show and he said practice “awe and wonderment”, lol.
